  1. Here are the ten reports of police misconduct tracked for Wednesday, December 9, 2015:

    • Update: Suffolk County, New York (First reported 06-27-13): The now-former police chief surrendered to the FBI for civil rights violations stemming from 2012 incident in which he allegedly assaulted a suspect.
    • Knoxville, Tennessee: One officer was suspended and three others were reprimanded for improper employment off duty and subsequently mishandling illicit drugs recovered during that employment.
    • Watervliet, New York: An officer was suspended without pay.
    • New York, New York: Two officers have been arrested for taking bribes from karaoke bars to tip off the owners about pending raids.
    • Nashville, Tennessee: An officer was fired after an investigation into an officer-involved shooting.
    • Columbus, Montana: An officer was fired amid allegations of harassment and sexual assault.
    • Update: Dover, Delaware (First reported05-06-15): An officer was acquitted of criminal charges. He was shown on video kicking an unarmed black man in the face and breaking his jaw.
    • Richmond County, Georgia: A deputy was arrested for domestic
    • Update: Pasco County, Florida (First reported 08-07-15): A now-former deputy pled guilty to receiving child pornography.
    • Marion County, Florida: A deputy was fired and a second is the subject of an internal investigation for false reporting.
