Buffalo police raided the wrong dwelling, occupied by the family of Shavon Pennyamon and her disabled husband Terrell, who was assaulted in the raid.

The raid should have gone down at a different apartment upstairs.

There is absolutely no excuse for hitting people on the head with butt end of a shotgun or pointing guns at young children. And they had the correct address with them. Apparently either they can read or they didn't bother.
There is nothing defensible about their actions when they make such mistakes. You can't defend that which is wrong in the first place.
