Default St. Paul, MN: Two Sheriff's Deputies Convicted of Theft

Two Ramsey County deputy sheriffs -- Timothy Rehak and Mark Naylon -- were convicted of theft & conspiracy.

The F.B.I. planted $13,500 in purported drug money plus hidden video cams in a motel room. Rehak & Nayon pocketed $6,000 and turned over only $7,500 to their supervisor for counting.

Both men -- formerly with the Ramsey County Sheriff's special investigations unit -- have resigned.
