Pablo Gilberto Valenzuela was arrested May 26 by three West Palm Beach officers. The dashboard video camera recorded one of the three police officers kicking and punching him "handcuffed and face down in the store's [CVS Pharmacy] parking lot". Eventually it was determined that all three officers were direct participants in the beating.

One officer (Kurt Graham) resigned and the other two (Louis Schwartz & Jason Zangara) were placed on administrative leave and subsequently fired.

The head of the union says they'll take this to arbitration and fight to get the officers reinstated.
