Alex Schack, 20, of Minneapolis said he was wandering about downtown on the convention's final day as his mother waited in line to buy tickets to a taping of Comedy Central's "The Daily Show with John Stewart" when he was, without warning, "tackled into a brick wall" by at least three police officers. He said they took the memory card from his camera and released him without charges — or a receipt to claim his memory card. He was on the phone with his mother when it happened.
