A man who sued Ramsey County (St. Paul) for refusing to provide treatment for his frozen feet while he was incarcerated in the Ramsey County Jail has died:

I'm surprised that it only took 42 hours before he died. I didn't know that frostbite on one part of your body could cause death. I wonder why the police didn't think he needed medical attention right away.
