Officer Anthony S. Smith is charged with raping a woman he had stopped.

Police officer & accused rapist Anthony Smith is the 10 IMPD officer "arrested, jailed or targeted for investigation in the past four months."

The probably take advantage of a lot of women. They think that the women will feel that raping them will be the lesser of the two evils.
